3D printer file info

3D model description

This is my fully original design, approved by the Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club for "modern" and "post imperial" kits. It is a katana-style sword, the scabbard meant to be stuck between a person's belt and waist.

It is a LOT of individual parts to print and assemble (NINETEEN!!!...plus a rod of metal!), yes, but I included a PDF file to help show how everything fits together. It's not as bad as a Ver Ka Gundam Unicorn, but I do it that it may be intimidating.

I also included a 1:1 cutting guide to print out if you want to make the blade edge parts out of a sheet material, such as Sintra, MDF, or ABS (recommended). The entire design intent was to make this feasible. In fact, the entire blade can be cut from one long piece of 3mm thick material, if you want.

Please, please, PLEASE feel free to me if you run into any issues or you get overwhelmed with how complex this kit is.

3D printing settings

Each file has the recommended type of material/printing to use in the parenthesis, but you can of course make it any way you like.

Most of the parts are intended to be RESIN-printed.
